本着发掘培养优秀青年艺术家，推广公共艺术和推动中国当代艺术的国际交流的建馆理念， BFM艺术中心力求每年推出一个事件级展览，扎根苏州湾，面向全世界。

In line with the building concept of exploring and cultivating outstanding young artists, promoting public art and promoting international exchanges of Chinese contemporary art, BFM Art Center strives to launch an event level exhibition every year, take root in Suzhou Bay and face the world.

「新大陆」作为BFM艺术中心品牌展「万物光辉」2022年度主题，以“出发”、“发现”、“共生”为关键词，联合苏州湾区及吴江区域内三个典型新型艺术空间BFM艺术中心，苏州湾文化中心，优秀乡村振兴项目曲水善湾进行多主题多维度展示，呈现苏州作为观察对象的中国当代艺术生态在后疫情和元宇宙时代的一些新面貌。

As the theme of BFM Art Center Brand Exhibition "Brilliance of All Things" in 2022, “The New World", with the key words of “Departure”, "discovery" and “Intergrowth”, will carry out a multi topic and multi-dimensional exhibition in combination with three typical new types of art spaces in Suzhou Bay Area and Wujiang District: BFM Art Center, Suzhou Bay Culture Center, and Qushui Shanwan, an excellent rural revitalization project, It presents some new features of the Chinese contemporary art ecology with Suzhou as the observation object in the post epidemic time and the Metaverse age.

疫情阻隔了城市间和国际交流，网络弱化了区域性特征，一大批以90后及海归为代表的青年艺术家以一种独特的姿态群聚在各大网络平台上。而以“重点发展文化艺术”作为近年来的城市建设主旋律的苏州，是否能为这批艺术家们提供一片土壤肥沃的新的栖息地？

The epidemic has blocked inter city and international exchanges, and the network has weakened the regional characteristics. A large number of young artists, represented by the post-90s generation and overseas returnees, have gathered on various network platforms in a unique manner. Can Suzhou, which has taken "focusing on the development of culture and art" as the theme of urban construction in recent years, provide a new habitat with fertile soil for these artists?

展览对疫情时代和元宇宙概念等历史性时代特征带来的区域性艺术生态变化进行一个切片观察和记录，并借此将一批具备时代特征的、国际性和前瞻性的优秀青年艺术家带到大众视野。

The exhibition makes a slice observation and record of the regional artistic ecological changes brought about by the historical era features such as the epidemic era and the concept of the Metaverse, and takes this opportunity to bring a group of outstanding young artists with the characteristics of the times, international and forward-looking to the public's view.

BFM ART CENTER locates in the CBD area of Suzhou Bay,being the first contemporary art space and professional Gallery in this area. Based on Suzhou Bay, it devotes to unite the forces from all the artists, art workers, art academies, art organizations and art lovers, to start from Suzhou City, to introduce Chinese contemporary to the world.
