#两幕戏ParallelStories#林文x王恒双个展如期开幕，并邀请苏州著名艺评人米阿老师现场与两位艺术家对谈。由于疫情原因，两位艺术家未能来到现场，对谈以连线方式进行，对两位艺术家的作品展开了深入的交流。

展览现场

林文在废墟中寻找光，王恒在沉睡中梦游仙境，本次展览展陈上通过寻找两位艺术家的作品的对应关系，一一对应平行排列，为观众创造一个自我审视的三维空间。

会想到邀请两位老师一起做这个展的原因，源于一个网络流行词：“树洞”，一个可以承载秘密私事但是不用担心被泄漏的地方。如果说当代艺术的核心是直面痛苦，那么我从林文寒床中的迷茫孤独和王恒深度睡眠中无处可逃的烦乱有了深刻的体会。艺术成了艺术家的树洞，艺术家在树洞里，在自己的作品中，完成了与痛苦的和解，仅留下一段经历，一个故事，然后继续下一段人生旅程...... 两位艺术家的故事在各自的生活时空中徐徐展开，并将在历史长河中留下印记。

Why I sponsor this exhibition is about a network buzzword “Tree Hole”, a place to set secret. People say the core of contemporary art is facing the pain, I can’t agree with it more by feeling the helplessness and loneliness from Linwen’s “Cold Bed” and seeing a lost among the messy life from Wangheng’s “Dead Sleeping”. The artworks become the “tree hole” of artists. The artists make peace with pain in the tree hole, in their own works, leaving a story and then go on with the new life…… The stories of the two artists are moving forward slowly in their own space, and leaving behind a mark.

赫尔南.巴斯曾说：我喜欢当作品变成图像的那一刻 - 为创作这幅作品而做的阅读、思索全部消失了，作品有了自己的生命，它有了自己的故事。两位艺术家都是采用偏向自传式的艺术叙事，但是当他们的作品完成后，便不再属于艺术家而是属于观众，观众在观看作品的同时，作品开始折射观众的故事。

Hernan Bas ever said: I like the moment when the artwork is done. At that moment, all the reading and thinking about the work disappear, the work gains its own soul, has its own life. Both of the two artists are using a biographical way of art writing, but once their works are done, the works won’t belong to the artists any more but belong to the audience, when the audience watch the works, the works start to reflect the audience’s story.

林文作品的丰富性不仅在于媒介层面，更在于其展现出的矛盾性与复杂性。他以自身的个体生命经验作为原点，以小见大的修辞来折射当下社会“人”的精神处境。悲剧性的诗意是他作品显著的气质特征。

王恒

1987年生

中央美院油画系获学士学位

中央美院油画系获硕士学位

中央美院油画系博士在读

现任职于苏州大学

王恒的作品源自现实生活与个人经验，又混杂着记忆和幻想，希望展现现实生活中的多样性与延展性。
